We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), delivering end-user training, and performing setups and configurations across various software modules and systems.

Job Description:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities; document results and communicate issues to development teams.
· Develop training materials and conduct hands-on sessions for users on new systems, modules, and updates.
· Respond to and resolve user queries, incidents, and system issues; escalate complex issues where necessary.
· Perform initial setups, configurations, and parameter settings for different IT systems and business modules (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance, CRM).
· Configure and maintain system parameters, user roles, and workflows across different application modules.
· Maintain accurate records of support tickets, training sessions, system configurations, and changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar IT support or functional analyst role.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functional modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory).
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data queries and basic analysis.
