IT Consulting And Services is hiring for: Application & Database Performance Specialist (Systems/SQL DB)
Onsite Job, Permanent, for Islamabad, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor application, server, and database performance using APM/monitoring tools
· Analyze system health including CPU, memory, disk, network, and application response times
· Monitor SQL database performance, query execution, indexing, and optimization
· Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
· Perform root cause analysis for application slowdowns and outages
· Configure alerts, thresholds, dashboards, and reporting
· Optimize database queries, stored procedures, and execution plans
· Work with infrastructure, application, and development teams to resolve issues
· Maintain performance reports and SLA compliance metrics
· Support capacity planning and system scalability initiatives
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
· 2-4 years of relevant experience
· Relevant certifications in database, cloud, or monitoring tools
· Experience in enterprise production environments
