Serene Engineering Services is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and self-driven individual to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1/B2). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest maintenance standards and serviceability of aircraft as per safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualification and Requirements:
Education:
· Holding a certified PCAA-approved AML in the (B1/B2) category with any type rating, preferably on A330 (CF6 Engine) &/or B737-8NG (CFM-56 Engine).
· A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Experience:
· Minimum 1 years of certifying experience; A330 &/or B737-8NG aircraft with dual certification will be preferred.
· Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance, repair and defect inspection
· Sound knowledge of PCAA regulations, certifications, technical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform and certify scheduled aircraft maintenance and repairs.
· Conduct inspections to identify defects and rectify mechanical issues.
· Approve and document maintenance work to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with other departments and coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently.
· Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
· Lead and guide teams during maintenance operations, overseeing work quality and progress.
· Maintain detailed records of all maintenance actions and certification releases.
