Quixotic Creatives is looking for a hands-on AI & Operations Project Assistant to turn strategies into real, working systems.

About the Role:
You’ll work on diverse projects — from testing automation workflows and researching tools, to improving processes like sales systems, recruitment campaigns, and customer support setups. This is an active problem-solving role, not a “wait for instructions” job.

What You’ll Do:
Research AI tools, automation software, and business processes.
Test new systems and campaigns before they are launched.
Implement project plans and document SOPs.
Suggest improvements based on results.

What We’re Looking For:
Quick learner with new software (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc.).
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
Problem-solver with a “make it happen” mindset.
Curious about AI, automation, and process optimization.
