Requirements
✅ 2+ years of Python development experience
✅ Experience with LLMs (Phi‑3 Mini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
✅ Prompt engineering or agent design background
✅ Hands-on experience with STT / TTS pipelines
✅ Solid understanding of Docker and basic AWS deployment (ECS/S3)
✅ Fluent in English and collaborative in cross-functional teams

Bonus Points For:
Working with CRMs or payment APIs
Logging/analytics tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Frontend skills (React/Vue) for internal dashboards
