About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to help us build the next generation of AI copilots that span the entire analytics continuum — from raw data ingestion to prescriptive insights. You’ll be working on scalable AI/ML architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data environments and deliver real-time intelligence to business users.

This role combines core ML engineering with cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM capabilities, enabling us to design a system that works across industries such as retail, healthcare, HR, fintech, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
*Design and deploy AI copilots and LLM-powered assistants for analytics and decision support.
*Develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative models that support multiple business verticals.
*Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion (cloud-based data lakes), cleaning, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
*Architect and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
*Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT-based stacks) using frameworks such as LangChain or Hugging Face.
*Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, validation, and scaling AI workloads.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
*4–6 years of experience in ML/AI engineering (2+ years for strong mid-level).
*Strong Python skills with ML/data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SpaCy). Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
*Familiarity with GenAI and LLM stacks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, LLaMA, Mistral).Experience with data pipelines and cloud environments (AWS preferred).

*Experience building agentic AI systems that can autonomously reason across workflows.
