Accounts Officer (Cashier)

Imtiaz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented "Accounts Officer (Cashier)" to manage branch cash operations, ensure accurate financial transactions, and maintain proper cash records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

📍 Location: Faisalabad

🎓 Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

💼 Experience:

* 2–4 years of relevant experience in cash handling, cashiering or financial operations, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.

* Sound understanding of cash management procedures and accounting principles.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.

* Strong numerical aptitude and reconciliation skills.

* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily cash receipts, payments, and deposits accurately.

*Ensure proper cash balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift/day.

* Verify and process branch financial transactions in a timely manner.

* Prepare daily cash reports and maintain supporting documentation.

* Coordinate with the Accounts team for transaction recording and reporting.

* Monitor cash movement and ensure compliance with internal controls.

* Handle POS-related transactions and resolve cash discrepancies.

* Support internal and external audits by providing required records and reports.
