Accounts Executive

theBPO. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (𝐏2𝐏) to manage day-to-day procurement and vendor-related activities. The role will be responsible for purchase order creation, GRN processing, invoice management, vendor query resolution and vendor reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved procurement requirements. 

- Process and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against purchase orders and received goods & services. 

- Receive, review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness. 

- Ensure proper matching of POs, GRNs and invoices before processing. 

- Respond to and resolve vendor queries related to invoices, payments, purchase orders and outstanding balances. 

- Perform regular vendor reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. 

- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and procurement-related issues. 

- Follow up on pending invoices, GRNs, and other procurement documentation. 

- Ensure compliance with established procurement and accounts payable procedures. 

- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records and supporting documentation. 

- Prepare relevant reports and provide updates on outstanding procurement and vendor-related matters. 

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬/𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:- 

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field. 

- Relevant experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, P2P or Vendor Management. 

- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. 

- Hands-on experience with PO creation, GRN processing, invoice management and vendor reconciliation. 

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. 

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
