Job Title: Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Location: Faisalabad (Factory)
Reporting Line: Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to the Faisalabad office
• Verify and record bills/invoices in the Accounts Payable module of ERP.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare customer refunds and tax payment vouchers.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Prepare payments related to customs, port, shipping lines, and PD accounts.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and disburse cash payments and cash payroll.
• Post GRNs and organize payment vouchers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support the company’s financial goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting as an Accountant
• Graduation or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting
