*Role Description*
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant, located in *Phase 6,* Karachi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, handling payroll, and conducting financial analysis. The role also involves preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and assisting with audits.
This position requires occasional travel with the CEO to our farm site. We encourage applications from *unemployed individuals* who are available to *join immediately.*
*Qualifications*
Minimum B.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in financial management, bookkeeping, and reconciling bank statements
Experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, and conducting financial analysis
Strong understanding of payroll management and audit assistance
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus

PKR 80,000 – 85,000 per month (depending on experience and knowledge)
