Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institute, i.e., LUMS, LSE, PU, etc.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years experience on a Head of HR
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and media industry dynamics.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing HR in a 24/7 operations environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
