Requirements:
๐บ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Masters would be considered a plus)
๐บPreferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
๐บMinimum of 1-2 years of work experience in system and network administration.
๐บExperience managing IT infrastructure projects.
Experience in securing network systems, managing firewalls, and setting up encryption and VPN services.
๐บExtensive knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, etc.).
๐บProficiency in network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and monitoring tools.
๐บShould have an understanding of the Windows Servers, Active Directory, group policy, DHCP, and DNS.
๐บShould be able to install Windows and Software etc.
Should have experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and ESXi.
๐บShould be able to install Local and Network printers.
Should know IP Addressing, and Subnetting

Minimum 10 to 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years experience on a Head of HR
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and media industry dynamics.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing HR in a 24/7 operations environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
