The individual will coordinate seamlessly with Dealer Principals, Service Managers, Parts Managers, and central technical support teams to optimize workshop utilization, elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Additionally, they will audit facility, operations, and track key operational KPIs across assigned service networks in the Dealer Management System (DMS). 2. Assistant Manager Field Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in automotive field engineering, technical support, high-voltage EV diagnostics, or aftersales engineering support within an OEM or premium dealership network. Location: Lahore Gulberg The candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical backstopping, complex diagnostic troubleshooting, and field engineering support across BYD’s 3S/4S dealership network within the Customer First Department (CFD). The role involves serving as the primary technical authority for resolving critical vehicle performance issues, high-voltage battery system faults, and complex powertrain diagnostic challenges to ensure zero downtime and maximum technical compliance for EV owners. The individual will coordinate seamlessly with Dealer Service Managers, Field Technicians, Workshop Foremen, and global HQ R&D/Technical Engineering teams to investigate recurring product issues, validate technical field reports, and oversee technical campaign implementations.
