Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred). Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proven experience in branding, social media creatives, advertising campaigns, and print design. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset.
