Handle service deployment and online monitoring of technicians. Manage spare parts sales, warranty claims, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) operations. Conduct field visits to ensure service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer orders, invoicing, and service history. Assist with complaint statistics reporting, regulatory communications, and maintaining service SOPs.
