This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, production-ready pattern development aligned with customer design intent and bulk manufacturing requirements. It focuses on pattern accuracy, fit, grading, consumption control, and marker efficiency to support high-volume production and cost-effective outcomes. The role works closely with Product Development, S&M, and Production teams, utilizing advanced systems (e.g., GGT) to deliver scalable pattern solutions within defined timelines.
