Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations. Follow Agile methodologies and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities. 🔹 Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements management, and process improvement. Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, or Figma. Strong knowledge of data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI. Experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.
