Who are we looking for?
Key Responsibilities:
1. Value Chains & Partnership Management
โข Identify and onboard strategic partners aligned with the Bankโs business, digital, and financial inclusion goals.
โข Manage the full partnership lifecycle from concept to launch and performance monitoring.
โข Maintain relationships with partners to ensure targets and service levels are met.
2. Business Growth & Product Collaboration
โข Analyze market insights to recommend partnership-driven products and distribution models (e.g., digital lending, payments, insurance, Agri-finance, Personal Finance, MSME solutions).
โข Coordinate with internal teams (Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance) for smooth execution.
โข Support revenue growth through new channels, co-branded products, and alternative acquisition models.
3. Commercial & Financial Oversight
โข Develop business cases, financial models, and proposals for approvals.
โข Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and revenue-sharing terms per bank policies.
โข Monitor KPIs, profitability, and overall partnership performance.
4. Risk, Compliance & Governance
โข Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, AML/CFT, and data privacy standards.
โข Work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
โข Track trends in microfinance, fintech, and digital banking.
โข Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative partnership strategies.
6. Reporting & Documentation
โข Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on performance.
โข Maintain documentation including agreements and approvals.
Education
โข Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Agriculture or a related field.
โข Master's (MBA / MS Finance / MS Management) preferred.
Experience
โข Overall, 10 Years plus experience in supervisory or managerial position with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Value Chains, partnerships, business development, digital banking, fintech, or microfinance.
โข Experience working with banks, MFBs, fintechs, or development sector partners will be an advantage.

Who are we looking for?
1. Financial Inclusion Program Implementation & Supervision
โข Design and oversee financial inclusion programs (AFLP, National Financial Literacy Program) across the KMBL network.
โข Supervise field execution of initiatives like Financial Inclusion Week, women empowerment, and digital finance training.
โข Collaborate with partners (banks, NGOs, government, agriculture experts) to expand outreach.
โข Monitor program performance, client impact, and report to SBP and management.
โข Develop training materials and support inclusive product development for agriculture and gender segments.
2. SBP Regulatory Reporting (DAP Portal)
โข Prepare and submit accurate reports via SBPโs DAP portal.
โข Validate data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
โข Coordinate with MIS and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
โข Stay updated on SBP reporting requirements.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation
โข Maintain records of activities, training, and outreach.
โข Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries.
โข Track KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
โข Support audits through proper documentation.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
โข Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
โข Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
5. Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement
โข Liaise with SBP, partners, and internal teams.
โข Maintain coordination with field staff and branch networks.
Education
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Agriculture, or related field (HEC recognized).
โข Masterโs (MBA/MS) preferred.
Experience
โข 2โ3 years in financial inclusion, microfinance, rural finance, or reporting.
โข Experience with SBP DAP portal preferred.
โข Background in MFBs, NGOs, DFIs, or development sector is a plus.
โข Field experience with rural, low-income, and women segments desirable.
