Responsibilities
Plan & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) & LinkedIn Ads
Analyze user journeys & deliver weekly ROI reports
Build & optimize lead funnels and landing pages
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & landing pages
Monitor competitors & identify new campaign opportunities
Your Profile
2+ years hands-on Google PPC Ads experience (hard requirement)
Proven results: CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion tracking
Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager & Tag Manager
SEMrush / Ahrefs / HubSpot experience is a big plus
Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus
Strong English communication skills
Self-driven & comfortable working with a European team remotely

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:
Participate in client discovery calls to gather technical and business requirements.
Understand client challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Lead technical discussions and confidently handle client cross-questioning.
Deliver product demos, solution presentations, and technical walkthroughs.
2. Solution Design & Architecture:
Design high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration strategies.
Recommend appropriate tech stacks (frontend, backend, cloud, databases) based on project needs.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
Provide early-stage guidance on tools, frameworks, and infrastructure decisions.
