The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring full compliance with tax laws, and supporting strategic tax planning for the organization. Key Responsibilities • Manage timely filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, SST, and all statutory returns. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations, including deferred tax. • Oversee withholding tax deductions, deposits, and certificate issuance. • Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, appeals, and coordination with tax authorities (FBR, SRB, PRA, etc.). • Conduct tax analysis for new business initiatives and review contracts for tax compliance. • Maintain complete tax documentation and support internal/external audits. • Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly. • Prepare periodic tax reports and identify tax planning opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants; ensure proper tax accounting in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). • Conduct tax compliance training and manage tax registration/deregistration for outlets. Qualifications & Requirements • CA Finalist / ACCA Member / ICMA / Master’s in Accounting or Finance. • 8–10 years’ experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or retail/mall environment. • Strong knowledge of Income Tax and Sales Tax laws. • Proficient in MS Office and ERP taxation modules. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • High integrity and strong attention to detail.
