Globe Call Center is seeking an experienced Call Centre Trainer to conduct paid, session-based training for our team of call centre agents. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in international B2B support and sales, who can deliver high-impact training without the commitment of a full-time position.
What We’re Looking For:
A call centre training expert with prior experience in international B2B customer support and/or sales.
Strong understanding of professional communication standards, call structure, objection handling, rapport building, and customer satisfaction techniques.
Ability to design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions tailored to call centre environments.
Confidence in coaching agents on professional etiquette, clarity, tone, and cultural sensitivity for global clients.
Someone who is comfortable working as a visiting trainer/consultant, paid per session.
Responsibilities:
Conduct structured training sessions for our call centre agents.
Provide guidance on handling international B2B calls professionally and effectively.
Offer real-time feedback, role-play exercises, and performance improvement strategies.
Help enhance overall call quality, customer experience, and conversion skills.
Collaborate with our leadership team to align training with operational needs.
Location: i-10, Islamabad, Pakistan.
