We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations for our Karachi and Lahore offices. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building world-class teams.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team across both locations

- Drive effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals

- Oversee end-to-end hiring for tech, corporate, and operational roles

- Build strong talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

- Track recruitment performance and optimize hiring outcomes

🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (HR or related field preferred)

- 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role

- Background in top e-commerce and/or software development companies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed and quality
