Responsibilities: -Check and verify invoices to ensure accuracy before processing, record payments, and track expenses of the organization. -Manage bookkeeping of utility bills, withholding challans, and service invoices. -Prepare monthly payroll of the company. -Prepare and submit monthly EOBI and SESSI reports for permanent employees. -Prepare and reconcile all tax-related payments on time, including Salaries Tax (149A), Annex-A, Withholding Tax, and SRB. -Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely monthly closing of accounts. -Investigate and review financial transactions daily, maintaining soft copies of all payments in Odoo. -Maintain vendor ageing reports and reconciliations. -Reconcile and process income tax payments as per Section 49 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. -Assist the finance department in forecasting fund positions. Requirements: -Bachelor’s / MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field. -Enrolled in ACCA or CA (preferred). -Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance. -Strong proficiency in MS Excel. -Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
