Job Description: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within a defined territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams to introduce our portfolio of advanced surgical products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned hospitals, surgical centers, and key accounts. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings for surgeons and operating room staff. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key surgeons, hospital administrators, and supply chain stakeholders. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong drive to succeed. • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
