BlueEX is looking for "Senior Fleet & Vendor Officer" for its Karachi Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily vendor operations and ensure adherence to company policies and contracts.
- Manage vendor selection, onboarding, evaluation, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with Finance for payments, billing accuracy, and budget compliance.
- Maintain updated vendor and fleet records.
- Supervise drivers and vehicle schedules, ensuring timely maintenance and safety compliance.
- Support the Fleet Manager in budgeting, reporting, and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- min. 2 years of experience in vendor dealing & management, fleet management & logistics operations.
- Can lead team, and be punctual
- Negotiation and vendor handling abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
