The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies to strengthen the company and clients’ digital presence, increase audience engagement, build brand awareness, and achieve measurable business and marketing objectives.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.

- Manage company and client social media accounts across relevant platforms.

- Coordinate with Creative, Content, Client Services, and Media teams for content execution.

- Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.

- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and brand interactions.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.

- Ensure all content follows approved brand guidelines and communication standards.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant social media experience, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, analytics, and digital trends.
