We are looking for a detail oriented and technically strong Software QA Engineer to test modern applications involving AI, LLMs, RAG, APIs, automation workflows, enterprise integrations, and data driven systems.

This role goes beyond traditional QA. We need someone who can validate not only whether a feature works, but whether AI generated responses are accurate, relevant, consistent, and aligned with expected behavior.

Role Details

• Work Model: Fully Remote

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Pakistan Time: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT

• Location: Remote, Pakistan

• Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Test AI and LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, hallucinations, and instruction following

• Test AI agents, prompts, tool calls, workflows, and multi step scenarios

• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end to end testing

• Validate RAG workflows, document retrieval, embeddings, vector search, and generated outputs

• Test CRM, ERP, database, and third party integrations

• Create detailed test cases covering positive, negative, boundary, and edge cases

• Validate structured and unstructured data, calculations, mappings, and reports

• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects with clear technical details

• Test authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and data security scenarios

• Validate AI performance, response latency, failures, retries, and timeout behavior

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI engineers during releases

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of software QA and testing methodologies

• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools

• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, tokens, context windows, hallucinations, and AI agents

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI tool or function calling

• Experience testing web applications and backend APIs

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to identify unexpected AI behavior and complex edge cases

• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools

• Strong written communication skills for working with remote technical teams

Bonus Experience

Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, AI agents, autonomous workflows, OCR, document intelligence, CRM or ERP integrations, vector databases, or enterprise SaaS applications will be a strong advantage.
