Position: Accounts Executive 

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (subject to relevant experience and current remuneration)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments.

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, or a CMA/ACCA qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwares.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
