About the Role:
As a Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment strategy and people initiatives — partnering with leadership to attract, retain, and empower top talent.
What You’ll Do:
💡 Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
🤝 Partner with department heads to align hiring needs and HR strategies.
📈 Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention efforts.
📋 Ensure smooth onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
🌍 Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive work culture.
📍 Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
🕘 Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
🚗 Pick & Drop: Available for Female Staff
💼 Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Software House or Tech Industry Preferred)
