Requirements • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. • Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including 3–4 years in FP&A, financial controlling, or divisional finance leadership within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related sector. Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modelling. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred). • Strategic mindset with strong execution ability. • Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven track record of driving profitability, efficiency, and process improvement. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
