Market Research & Innovation: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the e-commerce platform remains competitive. - Analyze competitors and market data to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. - Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). - Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., chatbots, CRM automation, predictive analytics). - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Strong communication and vendor management skills. - Data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
