📍 Location: Islamabad | Onsite

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. You’ll work closely with different teams to streamline processes, maintain operational standards, and support the implementation of best practices. We’re looking for someone organized, analytical, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Manage and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Handle general data profiling, data management, and data accuracy checks.

- Maintain and regularly update KPI sheets and operational performance trackers.

- Prepare and analyze data reports for different business channels.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

- Conduct quality checks on bookings and itineraries to maintain operational and service standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.

- Prepare reports on operational metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

- Identify operational gaps and support the implementation of process improvements.

- Monitor workflows and follow up on pending operational tasks to ensure timely completion.

- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, processes, and best practices.

- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Add responsibility for identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

- Emphasize cross-department coordination because that gives the role more seniority.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and tech-savvy skills.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an accommodating and collaborative personality.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and draw meaningful operational insights.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.

- Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
