Retail & Channel Marketing • Align marketing demand with operational capacity. • Implement demand forecasting and geo-targeted growth systems. Data, Insights & Reporting • Create performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights. • Track customer trends, revenue drivers, and campaign ROI. • Use data to guide business decisions and marketing investments. Leadership & Execution • Lead and develop a high-performance marketing team. • Manage agencies and external partners. • Maintain hands-on involvement in execution when needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 6–10 years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience in hospitality, food, retail, or consumer businesses preferred. • Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing. • Data-driven mindset with strong financial and analytical skills.
