Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000/
Job Description (JD): Warehouse Operation Assistant
We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Assistant to support daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, unloading, and checking incoming stock
Arrange, label, and store tiles/sanitary items properly in the warehouse
Maintain stock records (inward & outward) and update inventory logs
Support loading and dispatch of goods as per delivery schedule
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Warehouse Incharge for order fulfillment
Ensure proper handling of fragile and heavy items to avoid damage
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management
Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate / Matric (Intermediate preferred)
1–2 years of warehouse or store-related experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse operations
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Basic computer skills (Excel/Stock registers will be a plus)
Honest, hardworking, and team-oriented
