📢 Job Opportunity – Visa Services Officer (Karachi)
TCS Private Limited is looking for a competent and customer-focused Visa Services Officer for our Karachi office.
Position: Visa Services Officer
Location: Karachi
Experience: 1–3 years (Visa services, customer service, or documentation handling preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Skill Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Customer handling & service orientation
Document verification & application processing
Basic MS Office skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with visa application requirements and documentation
Verify and process visa-related documents accurately
Coordinate with embassies/consulates as required
Manage customer queries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain records with confidentiality and accuracy
