We are hiring “Virtual Sales Assistant” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).

Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel customer interactions, ensuring quality engagement.

Manage cycle activities and local area marketing effectively.

Implement brand and company activities within agreed timeframes.

Ensure compliance with legislation, brand guidelines, merchandising, distribution, and pricing strategies.

Provide guidance on retail pricing and discounting communication.

Deploy Plan-O-Gram requirements when needed.

Ensure compliance governance and take corrective actions where required.

Align with company strategies including patch sales and stock optimization.

Execute brand and trade strategies at the store level.

Manage promotions and measure ROI for effectiveness.

Contribute to state-level volume, share, and profit targets.

Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.

Stay updated with new system information, changes, and updates.

Maintain brand awareness and relevance at the store level.

Develop and sustain strong commercial relationships with external stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain and communicate accurate trade information (pricing, outlet coverage, product distribution).

Support implementation of new client processes officially included in service scope.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of multi-channel contact center experience.

Prior experience in inbound and outbound customer service.

FMCG sales experience with solid understanding of trade marketing strategies.

Strong customer service orientation with adaptability to digital tools.

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, CRM, and contact center telephony preferred.

Ability to manage script-led interactions with confidence.
