We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Remote – Night Shift)
PsychPlus is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. If you have experience supporting healthcare operations and thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift environment, we’d love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communication (calls/emails)
Assist with patient coordination and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in EHR/EMR systems
Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows (mental/behavioral health experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
