Hiring: User Acquisition & Monetization Specialist 

📍 Location: Islamabad | Onsite

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Switch Communications is looking for a data-driven Specialist to accelerate growth for our B2C mobile apps through performance marketing, optimization, and experimentation. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality users, improving conversion and retention, and maximizing revenue through subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ad monetization.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. User Growth & Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

- Drive app installs, registrations, and customer acquisition while improving campaign performance and efficiency.

- Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.

2. Monetization & Revenue Optimization

- Support and optimize monetization strategies, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, freemium-to-premium conversion models and ad monetization.

- Work with product teams to improve conversion funnels, user retention, and overall revenue performance.

- Analyze revenue performance and recommend strategies to improve ARPU, retention, and overall profitability.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Track key growth and revenue metrics, including installs, retention, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

-Conduct A/B testing to improve acquisition and monetization outcomes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to support growth and monetization initiatives.

- Coordinate with creative teams to develop and optimize marketing assets and campaigns.

- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and growth initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- 2–4 years of experience in B2C mobile app growth, user acquisition, and monetization. 

- Strong understanding of product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. 

- Good grasp of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

- Hands-on experience with ASO, subscription-based monetization, Google Ads, AdMob, analytics tools, and A/B testing. 

- Proficiency in analyzing user funnels, cohort performance, and experimentation results using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. 

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams.
