We’re Hiring: Upwork Business Development Specialist
Global Byte Solutions is looking for a proven Upwork expert who knows how to win projects and close deals not just send proposals.
👉 This role is for someone who can consistently bring qualified, high-value clients to an agency.
What You’ll Do
Find high-intent projects on Upwork
Write customized, high-converting proposals
Handle client conversations & qualify leads
Manage and convert Meta (Facebook) & Bark leads
Book calls or close deals directly
Maintain a strong win rate and client quality
You’re a Fit If You
✅ Have real experience winning projects on Upwork
✅ Have experience handling Meta & Bark leads
✅ Understand agency services (marketing, websites, CRM, ads, automation, social media)
✅ Can show proof of results (contracts, earnings, success rate)
✅ Know how to position an agency as premium, not cheap
Job Details
📍 Location Preferred: Karachi & Faisalabad
🕘 Shift Duration: 9 hours
🕑 Office Timing Window: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
🌍 Shift depends on market: USA / UK
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
