💼 Position: Upwork Bidder – E-Commerce Projects
💰 Salary: Based on experience.
🎯 Target: Secure high-value projects related to TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other E-Commerce platforms
🌍 Location: Karachi, On-Site (Please do not apply if you’re looking for remote work)
Responsibilities

Write winning proposals and manage bids on Upwork and other freelancing platforms

Identify potential clients and projects in the E-Commerce niche (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)

Collaborate with the business development and operations team to align bids with company services

Maintain strong client communication and ensure smooth project onboarding

Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue growth

Requirements

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored proposals

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and monthly targets

Availability to work in Eastern Time (ET) zone schedule
