Unreal Engine Game Developer

Title: Unreal Engine Game Developer (2–3 Years)

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality 3D games, simulations, and interactive experiences using Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++).

Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and product owners to bring creative concepts to life.

Implement gameplay systems, UI/UX, animations, and core mechanics within Unreal Engine.

Optimize performance across multiple platforms including PC, Mobile, and VR devices.

Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, SDKs (Ads, Analytics, IAP where applicable).

Debug, test, and maintain code and blueprints for multiple game builds.

Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviews.

Contribute to building reusable tools, frameworks, and pipelines for efficient production.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 4/5, including both Blueprints and C++ development.

Solid understanding of OOP, game architecture, and design patterns.

Experience in mobile or PC game development using Unreal Engine.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Plastic SCM, etc.).

Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

Good understanding of physics, AI behavior trees, animation systems, and UI frameworks (UMG).

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with AR/VR development (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, ARCore, ARKit).

Knowledge of multiplayer systems & replication (Unreal Networking, EOS, Photon, etc.).

Experience with materials, shaders, Niagara VFX, and advanced rendering features.

Understanding of back-end integration using REST APIs or WebSockets.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, or Unreal Automation Tools (UAT).
