Mansha & Brothers (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Training & Human Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (e.g., workshops and leadership development).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Manage training budgets, vendors, and learning technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR & Leadership, Organizational Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or Leadership & Development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and learning tools.
- Certification of training is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI on training programs
