We are Hiring: Territory Sales Executive - Faisalabad

Job Summary 

To strengthen our sales network, we are looking for a driven and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive, in central region. You must have thorough knowledge of Motorcycle Tyre market with ability to sell against the competition through strong negotiation, selling and decision-making skills. This role demands to have exceptional selling skills to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales volume of the assigned territory. Manage distributors/dealers effectively and keep strict control of credit exposure as per approved credit lines.

Key Responsibilities 

•      Manage and develop sales within the assigned territory

•      Appoint, train and manage dealers and distributors

•      Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

•      Build strong relationships with dealers/distributors, retailers and key customers

•      Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs

•      Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies

•      Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support

•      Prepare sales reports and territory performance updates

Job Requirement 

•      BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field

•      Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in Tyres/Automotive industry

Skills

•      Strong negotiation and communication skills

•      Ability to travel extensively within the territory

•      Target-driven with strong market development skills

•      Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
