𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lahore | 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: 7 PM – 3 AM

We need a Technical Support Specialist with experience in Zendesk and Jira to handle customer issues and coordinate with the tech team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Manage support tickets on Zendesk

Troubleshoot customer issues

Create & follow Jira bug tickets

Provide clear communication and updates

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Zendesk & Jira experience (must)

Good communication skills

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
