Technical Solution Engineer

Arpatech (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a highly skilled and client-facing Technical Solution Engineer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern software development, cloud infrastructure, and technology stacks, along with the ability to confidently engage with clients, handle deep technical discussions, and design scalable, presentable solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:

Participate in client discovery calls to gather technical and business requirements.

Understand client challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions.

Lead technical discussions and confidently handle client cross-questioning.

Deliver product demos, solution presentations, and technical walkthroughs.

2.  Solution Design & Architecture:

Design high-level solution architectures, workflows, and integration strategies.

Recommend appropriate tech stacks (frontend, backend, cloud, databases) based on project needs.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

Provide early-stage guidance on tools, frameworks, and infrastructure decisions. 

3. Proposal & Documentation:

Collaborate with sales teams to create technical proposals, pitch decks, and Statements of Work (SoW).

Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assumptions clearly.

Assist in building effort estimations and pricing models. 

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams during pre-sales.

Ensure a smooth handoff of technical scope to project managers and development teams.

Support internal teams with technical insights and feasibility analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Hands-on knowledge of multiple technology stacks (frontend, backend, databases).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-level technical solutions.

Experience in client-facing roles with strong ability to handle technical discussions and cross-questioning.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience preparing technical proposals, SoWs, and solution documentation.

Ability to support demos, presentations, and technical sales conversations.

Understanding of effort estimation, costing, and pricing models.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Location: This role is On-site for Karachi/Islamabad | Remote for Other cities.
