We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in HR / Recruitment

Salary Budget: 35k
🔹 Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates
Use ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top candidates
🔹 Requirements:
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in remote recruitment
Self-motivated and target-driven
