 📍 Remote (Pakistan) | Full-Time | 11 AM – 7 PM PKT

Exact Flow — an AI-powered eCommerce sync platform for Amazon, eBay, Shopify & more — is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can help our users learn the platform with ease.

If you love creating clear instructions, structured documentation, and engaging video tutorials, this role is for you!

📌 About the Role

As a Technical Content Writer , you’ll be responsible for helping users understand and navigate Exact Flow through:

✨ Step-by-step guides

 ✨ Knowledge base articles

 ✨ Video tutorials and walkthroughs

 ✨ User education content that simplifies complex workflows

You’ll work closely with our product and support teams to build resources that educate, empower, and elevate our customer experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Create clear, concise user instructions for all product features

Record high-quality video tutorials and how-to walkthroughs

Maintain & expand the knowledge base with structured, accurate content

Collaborate with internal teams to identify user training needs

Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and technical accuracy

📌 Requirements

2–3+ years in instructional design, technical writing, or tutorial creation

Strong storytelling and communication skills

Ability to simplify complex technical processes

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) is a plus

Creative mindset and great attention to detail

Immediate joiners preferred
