🚨 We're Hiring: Team Lead Medical Billing (Night Shift) 🚨

📍 Location: Evacuee Trust Complex, near Marriott Hotel, F-5/1 Islamabad
🕒 Shift: Night (6PM - 3AM)
💼 Experience Required: 4-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of medical billing specialists.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
Ensure timely submission of clean claims to insurance companies.
Oversee insurance follow-ups, payment posting, and denial management processes.
Conduct regular team meetings to address issues, provide updates, and offer training as needed.
Review and resolve escalated billing or claim issues.
Coordinate with coding, credentialing, and patient support teams to ensure seamless RCM operations.
Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, billing status, and collections.
Train and mentor new team members and conduct performance reviews.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
