We’re looking for a motivated intern who has a good grip on finance and analytical thinking — to help us evaluate and enhance our talent sourcing channels.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to:
Analyze different talent pool sourcing avenues (job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
Identify which channels deliver the best ROI and highest hiring success
Assist in data-driven decision-making for recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
Who We’re Looking For:
Recent graduates in Finance, Business, HR, or Data Analytics
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Curious mindset with an interest in HR analytics and recruitment trends
Excellent communication and research skills
What You’ll Gain:
