Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Build and manage talent pipelines
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with LinkedIn and job portals
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Tech hiring experience is a plus
